Hunter Biden's Laptop LAPTOP #590 공유☆ 관심+ 포트폴리오

The Hunter Biden’s Laptop Project is a meme-driven crypto initiative centered on the $LAPTOP token, an ERC-20 meme token deployed on the Base blockchain. Classified under MiCAR as a crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced token or e-money token, $LAPTOP functions purely as a digital collectible with no inherent rights, utility, governance powers, or claims. It is designed solely to foster community engagement around internet culture themes linked to the well-known “Hunter Biden laptop” narrative. The project is managed by Phoenix Veritas Ventures Ltd (British Virgin Islands), with the Phoenix Veritas Foundation (Cayman Islands) as sole corporate director; key individuals involved include Bryce Howarth, Luis Powery, Hunter Biden, and Hervé Larren.

No public fundraising or token sale is taking place. The white paper supports voluntary admission to trading on platforms including Coinbase, Bybit Europe, Uphold, Bitpanda, Bitvavo, and Kraken, aiming to improve accessibility for European users and demonstrate MiCA compliance. Total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens. A substantial portion is retained by the issuer (650,000,000), with founders’ and events allocations subject to contractual lock-ups (6–12 months) followed by 24-month linear vesting. Unclaimed airdrop tokens and certain event tokens may be burned or donated to charity under predefined conditions. The smart contract underwent a Hacken security audit (findings resolved) and supports cross-chain functionality via LayerZero OFT.

As a pure meme token with no roadmap, cash flow, or underlying value, $LAPTOP’s price is driven entirely by market sentiment and community interest. Holders face typical crypto risks—extreme volatility, liquidity constraints, private-key loss, platform insolvency or delisting, regulatory changes, and the project’s politically charged associations—which could cause the token’s value to fall to zero. The white paper repeatedly emphasizes that the token confers no rights or protections and that prospective holders should base decisions on the full document rather than any summary.
